Guidelines

Our school upholds high standards of discipline, and all students are expected to adhere to the code of conduct, which covers punctuality, hygiene, behavior, academics, and dress. Students must arrive at school at least five minutes before the assembly bell, carry the necessary books according to the timetable, and wear the prescribed school uniform along with the identity card. Mobile phones and electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited during school hours. Students should bring healthy, nutritious food and avoid bringing jewellery, cosmetics, or any valuable items. Disruptive behavior, including the use of abusive language, shouting, or quarreling, will not be tolerated. All students are encouraged to participate in school activities, as these contribute to their personal growth and development. Regular and active involvement in class activities and school events is essential for fostering a well-rounded educational experience.

Fees

Fee Structure for the Session 2026-27

  • Registration Fee – Rs.1000/-
  • Admission Fee – Rs.9500/- 
  • Annual Charges – 9000/-

Tuition Fee:
  • Play Way – 2750/-
  • Mont I to Foundation – 3100/-
  • Grade I to IV – 3300/-
  • Grade V to Grade VIII – 3400/-
  • Grade IX to Grade X – 3650/-

For Sibling: Rs. 2000/- off in Admission fee and Annual Charges. Rs.200/- off in Tuition Fee.

General Admission Terms:-

1.Documents Required (Photocopy): Birth Certificate, Aadhaar Card of Parents and Child, Passport size photos of parents and child – two each, Transfer Certificate, Report card.

Parents fail to provide above mentioned documents at the time of admission, must deposit security amount of Rs 3000 (it is refundable).

2. Fee must be deposited online through School App (School Pad) before 10th of every month.
3. Transportation and Tuition Fee will be charged for twelve months.
4. Additional Charges: Examination Fee, Worksheets, Calendar, l-card, Annual Function, Picnic, Session Photograph etc.

Admission Procedure

Parents seeking admission to GAPS for their ward should carefully read the following before filling up the registration form.

    • Boys and girls are eligible for Admission from Mont I to Grade IX.
    • Children must fulfil the minimum age requirement as on 1st April of the year in which admission is sought.
    • Prospectus & Registration form will be issued for current as well as forthcoming session.
    • Registration form, provided along with the Prospectus, must be complete in all respects before submission.
    • The dates for Interview/ Entrance Test will be communicated at the time of obtaining the Prospectus or at the time of Registration.
    • Registration does not in anyway ensure admission.
    • Student must appear for the Interview/ Entrance Test on the specified date. Parents must accompany the child at the time of Interview/ Entrance Test.
    • The decision of Selection Committee will be final & binding.
    • Fee has to be deposited within stipulated period.
    • The following documents are to be submitted before joining the school.
      1. Photocopy of Birth Certificate.
      2. Three pass port size photograph of child and parents.
      3. Aadhar Card of Child & Parents.
      4. T.C and Report Card in case coming from another school.

REFUND FEE

Normally fee is non-refundable. In rare cases only, a proportionate fee can be refunded as per CBSE rules on submission of satisfactory documentary proof.

WITHDRAWALS

  • Request for withdrawal of student / ward should be submitted in the prescribed form at the school office.
  • It should be duly signed by the parents / guardians.
  • Note: At the time of admission the payments to be made are – Registration fee, Admission fee and Annual Charges.

CODE OF CONDUCT

The school prides itself on its high standard of discipline & code of conduct. It expects its student to adhere to the code for:

    • Personal hygiene, attendance & punctuality.
    • Behaviour, Good manners, Language & Conduct.
    • Respect for others, for the school, its property & image.
    • Adhering to school rules & regulations in all areas. Any breach of code of conduct could result in fine or punishment. In extreme cases, this could also result in suspension or rustication of the ward. The school’s decision would be final and binding in all such cases.

TC

  • Submit a written application to the school, clearly requesting the Transfer Certificate, and mention the reason for the transfer, such as moving to another school or city.
  • Ensure all outstanding fees, fines, and dues are fully cleared up to the current month. The school will not process the TC request until payments are settled.
  • Provide a written notice of withdrawal at least one full calendar month in advance or pay one month’s fee in place of the notice period requirement.
  • Once the application and dues are verified, we will process the Transfer Certificate. The verification process typically takes up to 10 business days from receipt.
  • Once issued, the Transfer Certificate will be available for collection. Visit our office to pick up the TC once all formalities are completed and cleared.
  • If the original TC is lost, submit a police FIR report and an affidavit stating the certificate’s loss then issue a duplicate certificate in special cases.
  • After following the necessary steps, ensure that the TC is issued correctly and collect it from the administrative office. 

Zero Tolerance Policy

At Green Apple Public School (GAPS), we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment where every child can learn and grow without fear,
discrimination, or harm. To uphold this commitment, the school follows a Zero Tolerance Policy towards any behaviour that compromises the physical, emotional, or psychological well-being of students, staff, or visitors.

 

Zero tolerance means that certain unacceptable behaviours will not be ignored, excused, or tolerated under any circumstances. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Bullying, harassment, or intimidation (physical, verbal, emotional, or cyber).
  • Physical violence, abuse, or threats.
  • Discrimination on the basis of caste, gender, religion, ability, or background.
  • Use or possession of prohibited items.
  • Vandalism or damage to school property.

        Any form of misconduct that disrupts the learning environment or endangers others.

All reported incidents will be taken seriously and dealt with promptly, fairly, and confidentially. Appropriate disciplinary action will be taken in accordance with school rules, keeping in mind the age of the child, the nature of the offence, and applicable guidelines. The decision of the school management in such matters shall be final and binding.

While maintaining strict discipline, GAPS also believes in corrective and reformative measures. Counselling, guidance, and parent involvement may be used wherever appropriate to help students understand their responsibilities and learn from their actions.

Parents and students are expected to support and adhere to this policy to ensure a positive, inclusive, and secure school atmosphere. Together, we aim to nurture responsible individuals who respect rules, value others, and contribute positively to society.

Homework Through SchoolPad App

 All homework and assignments will be shared exclusively through the SchoolPad App. Parents and students are advised to regularly check the app for updates and ensure timely completion and submission of homework. The school will not be responsible for homework missed due to non-use or irregular monitoring of the app.
 

Fine Policy

To maintain discipline and smooth functioning of the school, we follows the following Fine Policy:
 
    1.  Uniform and Appearance
         Students must come to school in complete and proper school uniform as prescribed. Non-compliance with uniform rules, improper grooming, or absence of ID card           will attract a fine.
 
    2. Late Coming
         Punctuality is strictly enforced. Students reporting late to school without valid reason will be fined, and repeated late coming may lead to disciplinary action.
 
    3. Fee-related Delays
        School fees must be paid within the stipulated due dates. Late payment of fees will attract a late fee fine as per school norms. Continued non-payment may result in          further action as decided by the management.
 
    4. Homework & Discipline
        Repeated non-completion of homework, indiscipline, or violation of school rules may invite fines along with corrective measures.
 
 
A fine of ₹20 will be levied and added to the SchoolPad App in case of non-compliance. All fines imposed are meant to inculcate discipline and responsibility. The decision of the school authorities regarding fines shall be final and binding.
